At Fermits, freshness matters.

Since our kombucha is a fresh, live fermented beverage, we do not accept general returns. However, we’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong.


✅ Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken

  • You receive the wrong product

  • The product is spoiled or expired at delivery

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

We won’t be able to process refunds/replacements if:

  • Product has been opened, consumed, or tampered with

  • Improper storage (e.g., not refrigerated after delivery)

  • Minor variations in taste, fizz, or sediment (natural in kombucha)


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Notes

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order

  • Refrigerate immediately upon delivery

  • Delays caused by the customer may affect product quality and eligibility

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
